The 10 kg kettlebell is slightly heavier than the 8 kg kettlebell, and like the 8 kg, it's a good place to start for those new to kettlebell training. It is also a nice bridge weight for those close to moving up to the 12 kg for presses and getups.

For swings, we recommend jumping from the 8 kg to the 12 kg.
